Glowing Waves × Squama Recordings present: SQUAMA SHOWCASE

10月24日（土）、Glowing Wavesとドイツ・ミュンヘンを拠点とする音楽レーベルSquama Recordingsによる特別なショーケースを東京の超常幻象で開催します。

プロデューサーのMartin BruggerとクリエイティブディレクターのMaximilian Schachtnerが主宰するSquamaは、音楽制作からビジュアルコミュニケーションまでDIYのアプローチを大切にしながら、音楽と視覚表現が幾層にも重なり合う作品を発表しているレーベルです。

Glowing Wavesは、深海の生物発光に着想を得て、東京を拠点に実験や探索を重ねてきた音楽シリーズです。Squamaとは数年にわたって交流を深め、今回の共同企画が実現しました。

当日は、Squamaの共同設立者であるMartin Bruggerと、同レーベルから作品をリリースしているDamian Dalla Torreによるライブパフォーマンスを披露。
さらに、日本のアーティストausを迎え、10月23日にリリースされるニューアルバム『mere meer』のリスニングセッションとトークセッションを行います。Glowing Waves主宰のMayu AmanoがオープニングDJとモデレーターを務めます。

On Saturday, October 24, Glowing Waves joins forces with Munich-based record label and publisher Squama Recordings for a special showcase at CHOJO GENSHO in Tokyo.

Run by producer Martin Brugger and creative director Maximilian Schachtner, Squama releases multi-layered musical and visual objects, pursuing a DIY approach to both music production and visual communication.

Glowing Waves is a Tokyo-based experimental music series inspired by bioluminescence in the deep sea. Having built a connection with Squama over the past few years, we’re excited to bring this collaboration to life.

The evening features live performances by Martin Brugger and Damian Dalla Torre, we also welcome Japanese artist aus for a listening session of his new album mere meer, out October 23, followed by a conversation session with the three artists.

Mayu Amano, founder of Glowing Waves, will open the evening with a DJ set and serve as the moderator of the conversation.
